This group focusses on how we can start to improve the way we feel using the resources we have around us, especially having fun and feeling confident to get out more and try new things, so there will be opportunities to experience something new, learn new skills, take some risks, make new connections and relationships, socialise, be creative and learn relaxation technique.
It’s about figuring out how to value yourself and how to contribute in valuable ways; improving health; knowing when and how to get help. It’s a group for people that wouldn’t usually want to go to a group like this! It’s different and includes activities and socialising.
This group will run for 8 sessions over 8 weeks commencing Wednesday 27th January from 1pm—2.30pm and is facilitated by Sean Devlin, who is a counsellor
